Break free from the mind and into the heart and body with the use of Emotional Freedom Technique also known as "Tapping. This technique is simple to use yet known to quite effective with the help of positive affirmations. We will work on the emotion that is needed most
I will guide you through the energy center that is chosen for that day. For example, if we are working on the "Heart Center" there will be a short open discussion on how to tell if this energy center is unbalanced which can cause some issues physically and even emotionally.
WE will work together as a group using alternative healing methods such as EMF Emotional Freedom Technique, and other tools such as essential Oils may also be shared, music, light movement, positive affirmations, and journaling. The goals is to empower others to help themselves to return to balance and take control of their well being!
WE will finish with some meditative movement and mantras to help bring your body back into physical balance.
